General Information:
- Admission tickets are valid without time limit or for the indicated duration.
- Lockers operate with RFID wristbands.
- Swimwear (or swim nappies) are mandatory for children under 4 years of age.
- Child tickets are available for children aged 4–14.
- Student tickets are available for full-time or evening-course students up to the age of 25.
- Student and senior discounted tickets are available upon presentation of a valid ID.
- No additional discounts apply to discounted ticket types.
- For group admissions (15 or more persons), one accompanying person receives free admission when entering together with the group.
- The RFID wristband records entry, services used and the duration of your stay within the Cave Bath and Sauna Park. It is an integral part of the access control system.
- Bathrobes and towels are not available for rent.

Please note that during peak periods the number of visitors at the Miskolctapolca Cave Bath may reach the maximum capacity permitted by the authorities. In such cases, for the safety of our guests, the operator reserves the right to temporarily suspend the sale of admission tickets and the acceptance of gift vouchers for both the Cave Bath and the Sauna Park.
No compensation claims may be made against the operator due to admission restrictions resulting from capacity limits.
Such measures are taken exclusively to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
